I immediately felt at ease with you, and you set a clear framework for all our exchanges. This reassured me as I had never done any coaching before.

\u00ab What I appreciated most about you was your gentleness and benevolence, which created a trusting environment which encouraged me to confide in you without fear.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

I have the feeling you guided me in my self-reflections whilst remaining external to my issues, pushing the right things at the right times to be questioned. Finally, and I know that it\u2019s thanks to you, but I do feel like I have accomplished this all by myself\u2026 a fulfilled coaching objective I guess?<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

The diversity of your coaching exercises are a strength; exercises which impact very differently from one another and which, without saying a single word, you\u2019ve adapted to me and further suggested exercises with which I was more comfortable with. If I had to cite two exercises, it would certainly be the work on values and animal projection, which still positively affect me today.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

During the sessions, I couldn\u2019t always grasp the link with my main objective, but finally the puzzle took shape and I can clearly see all the steps of the way. You just have to let yourself be guided!
To sum things up, I could say that your kindness is a considerable asset to create a framework of trust, which is mandatory and necessary in coaching, and that your capacity to listen enables you to be very deft on the exercises you suggest<\/i><\/span>\u00a0\u00bb<\/i><\/p>\n

My work relations with my supervisor were complicated, further preventing me from working calmly and having confidence in myself.
