\nThe variety of exercises you offer is a real strength. Not all exercises had the same impact on me, but without my even needing to say anything, you quickly adapted and suggested activities that made me feel comfortable.
\nIf I had to highlight two exercises, they would certainly be the work on values and the animal visualisation exercise, both of which continue to have a significant impact on me today.
